My goal here is to provide you with some options for good, healthy, wholesome, clean eating lunch ideas for your children. All my lunches will be gluten and peanut free. These are lunches my children truly eat on a daily basis.I don’t like to say I follow this diet or that, but that I eat to what I know is good for my body. By listening to my body I know which foods I can, and can’t tolerate.
We currently are using these Lunchbots as our lunch containers. We have been using them for 5 years now, and they have held up great! We use these silicone cupcake liners to help separate and portion out their food. I then place them in a lunch bag with an ice pack made for lunch bags.
